As a past board member of Highlands Health’s Johnstown clinic, it is important to express my thanks to Highlands Health for providing second-to-none medical care to the counties of Cambria and Somerset. Having experienced firsthand this quality in terms of care outcomes, such as treating diabetes, heart failure, blood pressure control, and lipid management, we should treasure this asset. The clinic accepts all patients of all insurance types and regardless of their ability to pay. The clinic downtown is so important to the community, but often goes unappreciated at large.
